Müşteri ürünü teslim almasından itibaren 14 gün içinde ürünü geri iade edebilir. Bu geri iadenin sebebi ürünün teknik arızası ya da defosu ise utoy.com.tr ürünün ücreti ve kargo bedeli toplamı kadar başka ürün ile değişimi ya da ücret iadesi yapacaktır.
İade şartları aşağıdaki gibidir;
- Satın alınan ürünün orijinal kutusunda ve zarar görmemiş olması,
- Ürün etiketi vb. şeylerin zarar görmemesi,
- Tüm tamamlayıcı aksesuarları ile birlikte olması,
- Varsa hediye olarak verilen promosyonlu, kampanyalı ürünlerle birlikte aynı anda gönderilmesi gerekir.
- Ürünlerin faturası ile birlikte gönderilmesi ve faturanın arka sayfasında yer alan formun doldurulması gerekmektedir.

How to Return an Item
